- This witch hat includes a thin, lightweight elastic black chin strap band available in 2 length options:
- Standard 9-inch is recommended for kittens, average-sized cats & miniature, teacup dog breeds. The chin strap drop length from brim is ~3.5 inches (when held firmly straight but not stretched). When stretched, the strap will give you a max of 2 inches of added drop length.
- XL 13-inch is recommended for large or extra fluffy cats and small but not tiny dog breeds (e.g. Jack Russell, Dachshunds, etc.). The chin strap drop length from brim is ~5.5 inches (when held firmly straight but not stretched). When stretched, the strap will give you a max of 2 inches of added drop length.
- Tip: You won’t ever see the elastic as long as you photograph from the front view, facing your pet).
- Hat Measurements: Diameter of brim = 2.5 inches | Height = 2.75 inches). See photos for scale.
- Strap is optional — it’s up to you if you want to use the elastic. You can always easily remove it yourself or hide it under the hat if you prefer.
- Photo Styling Tip — this type of hat is sized to be worn on top of the head in between the ears, or cocked to the side on one ear (not over both ears). See photos for examples.
- Materials — the main body of the hat is made of polyester vegan felt + elastic strapping + polyester ribbon trim. Decorative buckle is lightweight (plastic).
